last 20 years in Senior Management roles building successful businesses from a

core of quality products and services. Dan Whelan, founding partner, has a

Masters in Business Administration, and Bachelors in Accountancy with over 19

years in Corporate Finance including SEC reporting, Management Accounting and

employee relations. His expertise includes Senior Management roles in Corporate

Finance to insure the financial health necessary to build a solid business able

to respond to the present and future requirements of the company's customers.

specializing in instrumentation and control throughout his career, he has spent

most of the last decade in the Time and Frequency arena. He is a member of the
