Copper cables – Copper cables are non-magnetic and anti abrasive in nature. It minimizes the wear and tear cost and helps in the enhancement of mechanical properties. Silver cables – These cables have high resistance to corrosion and oxidation with the added benefit of high thermal and metal conductivity. Aluminum cables – These cables have high mechanical strength but low tensile strength. Also these are rust free but cannot be welded too easily. The aluminum alloy in the industrial control cables maximizes resistance to heat, soldering ability and mechanical strength.

All About Industrial Control Cables

Each of the cable is specifically designed for interconnection of different equipment and proper adjustment of the signals. These cables are able to take pressure even in moist or dry conditions.

Industrial control cables serves the requirement of equipment that assures a smooth working without any interruption or no stoppage at all. To withstand extreme pressure, these wires are equipped with tinned copper wire braids and multiple cores for prevention of control cables from external electromagnetic pressure and extreme stress. Some of the cables are also provided with galvanized flat steel strips and galvanized round steel wires for unsurpassable performance even in the most hardest of the conditions.

The control cables come with plain copper conductors and AC voltage ranging up to 1100 V and DC up to 1500 V. These cables are provided with PVC compound to render that extra strength. Stringent checks are undertaken before every single piece of the industrial cable is delivered in the market. This is done to make sure that the Industrial control cable easily adapts to the application and has the capacity to handle high pressure which is applied to it. It's therefore vital to choose the right cable that would assist in easy transmission of signals from one device to another.
