Can you detatch an entertainment center that is attached to a mobile home wall?

We live in a very nice mobile home. My only problem is that the builders put the entertainment center on the wrong wall, and it is not centered. (We bought it this way, and had not requested that they change it.)
I would like to know if there is a way that we can take the entertainment center off of the one wall, and attach it to a different wall.
Also, what will the wall look like that the entertainment center was on? Is the wall just like the others and covered with wall paper, or is it just bare, like sheet rock.

I asked if anyone knew what the wall behind the unit would be like thinking that the person that gave an answer had some first-hand knowledge about how a unit like this was installed, or that perhaps they had done something similar and had seen the wall behind the unit.. No need to be rude.
