The smallest irons of the series, the  3/8 in and ½ inch barrel is perfect for very small spiral curls or for styling bangs or tendrils.  For tight to medium curls on all hair lengths, the ¾" and 1" sizes are best,  For bigger, looser curls, opt for the 1 ½" to 2" irons.
