Dislikes-high level of noise on High ISO...dont like noise very much. but the nikon handles it well at high iso`s..
Both are excellent cameras, and both are fairly equal.
Go to http://dpreview.com and compare the 2 side by side using the comparison tool.. you can see which features stack up.. I'd also suggest going to a store and handling both cameras to get a feel for the controls and the menus before buying.
I've had the T1i for some time, and have had no noise issues, even at the higher ISO range, the noise reduction feature works quite well. the fps has come in quite handy for me while shooting equestrian events. all in all it's a great camera.
